This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental

Paint Shop Pro - I used X2

Performance Notes
This tutorial is in 3 parts:
- Preparation
- Frame
- Background
The settings for different Tools and Effects will stay the same throughout the tutorial, unless new setting instructions are given

Preparation
1) Install filters if necessary
2) Download the files and extract if necessary.
Save mask to your Mask folder,
texture to your Texture folder,
gold pattern to your Pattern folder,
open image in PSP and
open watermark in PSP
3) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Close original
4) Image > Resize
Resample using = Bicubic
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Resolution = 72.000 Pixels / Inch
Width = No greater than 460 Pixels
Height = No greater than 390
(If you use another image)
5) Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask
Radius = 10.00, Strength = 20
Clipping = 7
Luminance only = Not Checked
6) Dropper Tool (E)
Left click to choose a dark Foreground color
7) Materials Palette
Change Background to Pattern
Pattern = Gold Pattern
Angle = 0, Scale = 100
Texture = Not checked
8) Window > Duplicate
Minimize copy
9) Edit > Copy
Frame
10) Layers > Promote Background Layer
11) Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk
Mask = lbm41 or mask of choice
Source luminance = Checked
Fit to canvas = Checked
Invert transparency = Not checked
Hide all mask = Checked
12) Layers > Merge > Merge Group
13) Layers > New Raster Layer
14) Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
15) Flood Fill Tool (F)
Match mode = None
Use all layers = Not checked
Blend mode = Normal
Opacity = 100
16) Left click to flood fill new layer with Foreground Color
17) Effects > Texture Effects > Texture
