Paint Shop Pro - I used X2

Performance Notes
This tutorial is in 2 parts:
- Preparation
- Sideborder
The settings for different Tools and Effects will stay the same throughout the tutorial, unless new setting instructions are given
Don't forget to save your work often
Preparation
1) File > Open
Open image of choice
2) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
This will be known as FirstImage for the rest of the tutorial
Close original
3) Dropper Tool (E)
Left click in image to choose a light color as Foreground Color
4) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
5) Image > Resize
Resample using = Bicubic
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Resolution = 72.000 Pixels / Inch
Width = Will self adjust
Height = 148 Pixels
6) Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask
Radius = 10.00
Strength = 20
Clipping = 7
Luminance only = Not checked
7) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
The 2 small images will be known as SecondImage and ThirdImage for the rest of the tutorial
8) Activate FirstImage by clicking on its Title Bar
9) Image > Resize
Resample using = Bicubic
Lock aspect ratio = NOT Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Width = 300 Pixels
Height = 400 Pixels
10) Activate SecondImage by clicking on its Title Bar
11) Image > Add Borders
Symmetric = Checked
Size in pixels = 1
Color = Black
Write down new Width
12) Activate ThirdImage by clicking on its Title Bar
13) Effects > Reflection Effects > Kaleidoscope
Horizontal Offset (%) = 50
Vertical Offset (%) = 40
Rotation Angle = 10
Scale factor = -25 (Minus)
Number of petals = 10
Number of orbits = 1
Radial suction = 46
Edge mode = Wrap
14) Image > Add Borders
Sideborder
15) Activate FirstImage by clicking on its Title Bar
16) Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling

17) Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur
Radius = 18.50
18) Effects > Art Media Effects > Brush Strokes
Softness = 78, Bristles = 94
Width = 6, Opacity = 42
Length = 19, Density = 81
Angle = 82
Color = Your Foreground Color
19) Layers > New Raster Layer
20) Flood Fill Tool (F)
Match mode = None
Use all layers = Not Checked
Blend mode = Normal
Opacity = 100
21) Left click to flood fill new Layer with Foreground Color
22) Layers Palette
Change Blend Mode to Soft Light
Older PSP Versions:
Double click on the flood filled Layer to open up Layer Properties
Blend mode = Soft Light
If your background is too colorful for your liking:
a) Layers > New Raster Layer
b) Flood Fill Tool (F)
Left click to flood fill new Layer with Foreground Color
c) Layers Palette
Reduce opacity of your layer to a setting of your liking
23) Layers > Merge > Merge Visible
24) Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
25) Layers > New Raster Layer
26) Selection Tool (S) > Custom selection
Top = 25, Left = 20
Right = Your SecondImage width + 20
Bottom = 175
