Skill Level: Beginner using PSP
This tutorial is my own creation, any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental
Program shortcuts will be given in parentheses
Needed
Paint Shop Pro - I used X2
Free 30 day PSP trial from Corel, available

This tutorial is in 3 parts:
- Preparation
- Frame

The settings for different Tools and Effects will stay the same throughout the tutorial, unless new setting instructions are given

Preparation
1) Download the zip file, extract the files and save Texture to your Texture folder,
Pattern to your Pattern folder and Image to a folder you can find easily
2) File > Open

3) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Close original
4) File > Open
Image of choice
5) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Close original
6) Image > Resize
Resample using = Bicubic
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Resolution = 72.000 Pixels / Inch
Width = No greater than 450 Pixels
Height = No greater than 370
7) Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask
Radius = 2.00, Strength = 10
Clipping = 5
Luminance only = Not checked
8) Layers > Merge > Merge All (Flatten)
9) Materials Palette
Background Color = HTML #817976
(or medium color of choice)
Texture = Not checked
Write down your H + S values for later use
10) Materials Palette
Foreground Color = HTML #ffffff
(or very light color of choice)
Texture = Checked
Texture = LB_texture33
Angle = 0, Scale = 100
11) File > Open

12) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Close original
13) Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize
