I have used one of my own photographs for this tutorial
Skill Level: Advanced Beginners
No outside Filters used
This tutorial is my own creation; any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental
Program shortcuts will be given in parentheses
Needed
Paint Shop Pro - I used X2
(Tutorial will work with other versions)

Graphic of choice
Ideally with center focus
Dark colors work best
Masks

Performance Notes
This tutorial is in 3 parts:
- Preparation
- Masked Image
- Background
The settings for different Tools and Effects will stay the same throughout the tutorial, unless new setting instructions are given

Preparation
1) Download the masks and save to your Mask folder
(If necessary)
2) File > Open
Open image of choice
3) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Close original
4) Image > Resize
Settings:
Resample using = Bicubic
Lock aspect ratio = Checked
Resize all layers = Checked
Resolution = 72.000 Pixels / Inch
Width = Not more than 400 Pixels
Height = Not more than 400 Pixels
5) Layers > Promote Background Layer
(If necessary)
6) Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask
Settings:
Radius = 1.00, Strength = 47
Clipping = 5
Luminance only = Checked
(Or a setting of your liking)
7) Dropper Tool (E)
Right click in image to choose a dark Background color
(I chose #4b3d3b)
The Background color should be a dominant color of your image
8) Edit > Copy
9) Window > Duplicate (Shift + D)
Minimize one copy
(In case you might need it again later)
Masked Image
10) Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk
Settings:
Mask = lbm06
Source luminance = Checked
Fit to layer = Checked
Invert transparency = Not checked
Hide all mask = Checked
11) Layers > Merge > Merge Group
Background
12) Image > Canvas Size
Settings:
Lock aspect ratio = Not Checked
Width = 2000 Pixels (or width of choice)
Height = Image height + 20 Pixels
Placement = Left Middle Arrow
13) Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
Settings:
Horizontal & Vertical = 0
Opacity = 60, Blur = 12.00
Color = Black
Shadow on new layer = Not checked
(Or a setting of your liking)
14) Layers > New Raster Layer
15) Layers > Arrange > Move Down
16) Flood Fill Tool (F)
Settings:
Match mode = None
Use all layers = Not checked
Blend mode = Normal
Opacity = 100
17) Right click to flood fill with Background Color
18) Layers > New Raster Layer
19) Selections > Select All
20) Edit > Paste Into Selection
21) Selections > Select None
22) Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
Settings:
Default
23) Adjust > Blur > Motion Blur
Settings:
Angle = 133
Strength = 75 %
24) Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur
Settings:
Spin = Checked
Strength = 90 %
Elliptical = Checked
Horizontal offset = 50 %
Vertical offset = 50 %
Protect center = 10 %
25) Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur
Settings:
Radius = 15.00
26) Effects > Distortion Effects > Ripple
Settings:
Horizontal (%) = 8
Vertical (%) = 92
Amplitude = 62
Wavelength = 7
Edge mode = Wrap
27) Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance
28) Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk
Settings:
Mask = lbm14
29) Layers > Merge > Merge Group
30) Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
31) Layers > New Raster Layer
32) Flood Fill Tool
Right click to flood fill with Background Color
33) Layers Palette
Reduce opacity to 72
(Or a Setting of your liking)
34) Layers > New Raster Layer
35) Layers > Arrange > Bring to Top
36) Add Watermark(s)
37) File > Export > JPEG Optimizer
Settings:
Set Compression value to = 20
Chroma subsampling = YCbCr 1x1 1x1 1x1 (None)
Save Exif data = Not checked
You are done!
Now you can assemble the stationery in LC or OE/Windows Mail or Wikmail.
